How Did The Envoy Group Receive My Information?
The Envoy Group facilitates a network of programs and professionals who work together to help parents find the potential best options for parents of struggling teens. We are an independent “referral department” for many programs, and they allow us to help parents find programs that may potentially be a better fit. There is no cost for this service, and as such, you are under no obligation whatsoever to heed our suggestions. We consider your personal privacy of utmost importance. If you would like to stop receiving information, or your information was shared with us without your permission, please contact us immediately and we will take you out of our systems.
I Just Received an Email With a List of Program Suggestions, but I Need More Help. What Should I do?
We try to call and connect directly with every family that comes our way, but we don’t always connect the first time. If one of our team members left a voicemail message (Tamara, Hope, or Laura), we encourage you to call the number included in the voicemail, and we will be more than happy to connect with you. We also provide a phone number at the bottom of the email you received, feel free to call the number and leave a detailed message. Finally, you may also simply reply directly to the email you received, or contact us via our online web form include your phone number.
If you call the number provided at the bottom of the email you received, and get our voicemail, please don’t just hang up, leave a detailed message with your name, phone number, and best time to call, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. We cover thousands of requests every month, but we are committed to helping everyone we can, so please be patient as we work diligently through our requests.
How Many Program Suggestions Do You Send? Am I Going to Get a Huge List of Programs?
We typically only suggest 3-4 programs that we feel meet your child’s needs at one time. Any more than 3-4 is generally counter-productive. If you have contacted all of the programs we have suggested and none of them seem to fit what you’re looking for, you may either reply directly to the email you received, contact us via our web form OR call the number provided at the bottom of the email you received, and we will happily adjust our suggestions based upon the feedback you’re getting from the programs we have suggested.
Why Doesn’t The Envoy Group Have a Public Phone Number On Its Website?
Our database helps our whole team keep track of inquiries, provide necessary information to parents, and stay on top of what has been happening through the entire placement process. We’ve found that entering contact information into our database over the phone is cumbersome, extremely time consuming and prone to errors. We ask that you help us out by providing us with your correct contact information via our online web form first. The email you receive in response to filling out the form will contain a phone number at the bottom which you may call at any time. Because we have your information in front of us when you call, the process is less stressful for everyone involved and goes a lot smoother.
